Mix all of them together and dissolve them very much nicely. Before dissolving, crush the above mentioned medicines finely and keep safe in any box. Take a little bit of ointment and rub very nicely on the body. If you rub at morning so at evening, if you rub at evening so at morning you can take bath. If you cannot take the bath as well so there is no harm.
